Position Overview:

As a Mental Health Professional at RHP, you will play a pivotal role in helping men navigate the complex terrain of trauma healing. We are looking for a therapist who is well-versed in evidence-based trauma therapies, such as EMDR, IFS (Internal Family Systems), TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and/or DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy). Your expertise and commitment to trauma work will be instrumental in supporting our clients on their healing journey.

Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct individual, group, or intensive therapy sessions
– Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs and goals.
– Utilize trauma-focused therapeutic techniques, including EMDR, IFS, TF-CBT, and/or DBT, to help clients process and heal from traumatic experiences.
– Maintain accurate and confidential client records, progress notes, and treatment plans.
– Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in trauma therapy to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

– Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
– State licensure as a Mental Health Professional (LPC, LMSW, LMFT, LLP, LP or equivalent).
– Trauma-informed training in interventions such as EMDR, IFS, TF-CBT, and/or DBT.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– High level of integrity and attention to ethical and legal parameters as a therapist.
– Courageous and compassionate approach to therapy.
– Commitment to ongoing professional development and self-care.
