Led by Mark Strubler, this weekly outdoor experience is designed to help you step away from the grind, engage with a supportive community of men, and challenge misconceptions that hold you back, all while moving your body naturally in the outdoors.

Please note: The cost for each two-hour session is $30 per participant. Payment for the first six sessions is required prior to commencing the group, and the remaining six sessions are to be paid at the mid-point of the program. We operate under a strict no-refund policy, except in cases of emergency or other exceptional circumstances. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable. We believe this policy ensures the commitment of our participants and allows us to maintain the quality of our services.
