Our Men’s Growth Groups offer a fresh perspective on what it means to be a comprehensive man in today’s world.

We offer two groups tailored to different age groups: one for men aged 18 to 29 and another for men aged 30 and above.

These groups meet twice per month, totaling 8 sessions, in a private office space in Royal Oak. Led by Jacob Oesch, these sessions provide a safe and supportive environment for personal growth.

Participants will engage in skill-building exercises, discussions on relational confidence, and similar topics aimed at fostering personal development and a deeper understanding of your own masculinity.

Please note: The cost for each two-hour session is $50. Payment for the first four sessions is required prior to commencing the group, and the remaining four sessions are to be paid at the mid-point of the program. We operate under a strict no-refund policy, except in cases of emergency or other exceptional circumstances. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable. We believe this policy ensures the commitment of our participants and allows us to maintain the quality of our services.
